DAY 8

happy 4/20 to everyone out there who cares or celebrates it. i am not one of those people, but if its your thing, have fun. while i'm very vocal over the fact that i do not and have never done any drugs, most people assume its because i'm a crazy anti-drug person. i am certainly anything but pro-drug, but from what i've read marijuana is less harmful than alcohol or tobacco. the reason i have no desire to smoke pot is because it smells like shit. seriously, i can't stand the smell. and i know that's not the reason to do it, but i'm pretty sure i could never get over that. i lived in the big freshman dorm at gw, so i know what it smells like. i never quite figured out if it was the room below or next to me that lit up every night, but man, that stench just wafted its way into my closet room. and that's why i don't want it legalized, cause as much as i hate the smell of cigarette smoke, i hate the smell of marijuana smoke even more.

today was a fairly uneventful day, drove back to milwaukee. typical monday, the weekend was gorgeous and today it was in the 40s and rainy. and my windshield wipers suck, most the time its to my advantage to not turn them on because they just smear the water and make it harder to see. i guess that's the result of them being caked in snow and ice after the winter. but, regardless i made it, and in time to go to class.

and that was it, really boring day. oh, i did watch 'the office' with my sister, it was a good episode. there was one scene where dwight stripped down to his underwear to prove he wasn't wearing a wire... disturbing, but hilarious at the same time.

there was something else i wanted to write about, but now i've completely forgottan about it. oh well. there's always tomorrow.
