so this posts comes a little later than normal, my apologies to my two readers out there. anyway, i just didn't feel like blogging last night, still depressed from my first day back at work. it went so slow! so slow. terribly slow. but, i did get a few compliments on my tan, thank goodness, i worked hard on that. sat on the beach for about six hours on tuesday, practically burned my legs off, but my face and arms like nice. good thing i wear khakis and a polo at work, only my best tan parts were showing. so, yeah, back in milwaukee. that's a muted yeah, in case you can't tell what's going on in my head as i write this. i guess you probably can't. easy drive down, made it to work just in time, even with people driving stupid. stupid drivers. anyway, that's all, really boring, nothing like the past two weeks.

ahh, california, seems so long ago now. here i am, sitting in my apartment, looks bare with no clothes hanging in the closet, but it still has a tv and dvd player... a plus if i had any dvds here, which i don't anymore. still got stuff on the walls, which is good, i can't stand bare, white walls.

nothing to do in milwaukee... pub's burned down, don't have money to spend (not that i want to spend money in milwaukee) nobody here... that's all fine, i can drive home tomorrow night after work.

there's a stupid festival going on in my, sigh, technical hometown... something about cheese. major waste of time it should be called. almost kinda glad i'm not there this weekend.

belmont stakes are today, i hope that calvin jockey wins, wins the jockey triple crown. that would be sweet. such an odd sport, thoroughbred racing. i really don't like horses, but i like watching them race three times a year. kinda like how i hate soccer, but i'll watch it every four years.
