DAY 34

Milwaukee, Wisconsin
May 17, 2009
Sun 12:34 AM

got to open at work today... hurray! that meant i could actually accomplish something today. brought back some boxes too to help move stuff next week back home. my sister was all confused when she saw the giant tv box... the box of the Samsung LED TV i want to get... and will eventually get. it's already set in stone, when i set my mind to something i want i get it... eventually. that tv is the greatest tv ever, it takes the best elements of an LCD and plasma and throws in some new features... like the fact that it's only 1.2 inches thick... yeah, 1.2. and it's eco-friendly (not that i really care all that much, sorry environment, my entertainment comes first... i'm just being honest). anyway, she called and asked what was up with the tv... i told her it was just an empty box *sigh* sadly, soon it will not be just an empty box. but i learned an important lesson, it can fit in my car :)

then Console and I went and had dinner at the persian place down the streat (amazing) and went to the hookah bar. it was nice, i haven't smoked shisha in quite awhile. From what my friends back in DC taught me, shisha is what you smoke, hookah is the name of the pipe. we smoked, i think it was mango peach flavored. it was good, can't go wrong with the fruit flavors. now i want a hookah to bring home as well... there's a perfect patio out back to smoke on. tonight i even was able to make smoke rings... about three of them unitentionally, i don't know how i did it, but it looked cool. will have to practice this summer.

then to the pub to have a round of 1664s... then left the pub because it was karaoke night. don't much care for karaoke, and the dart board was being used. ate some pizza at Console's had a Strongbow in a bottle (the only beverage i think tastes better in a bottle versus on tap) and watched G.I. Jane on tv... it's one of those movie that you shouldn't watch on tv because some of the dialogue is, well, lacking. but a good movie nonetheless.

that's it, now i want to sleep, work tomorrow... and monday, and tuesday.
